Every RokiDiva product is backed by our promise of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return the item in the original packaging and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. A credit will appear on your account.

Please note that the:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or cleaned improperly.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Item must include the original box, dust bag in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • If your package arrives at RokiDiva within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from RokiDiva.

If a carrier damaged your product, you should make the appropriate claim with that carrier, as soon as is possible. If your product was damaged through normal wear and tear, or is outside the 30-day return period, please try a local leather repair centre or specialty store for individual care.

Transport and delivery times are not guaranteed, and RokiDiva holds no liability for mis-delivered, damaged or late packages. We will perform all necessary steps to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your order. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, and may be delayed due to holidays, weather, or other natural acts. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
